Stacy Rollins

Executive Operations Support Specialist

Hi! I’m Stacy. I help CEOs and mission-driven organizations reduce operational friction and regain focus by taking full ownership of the details that slow them down.

With over 20 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, boards, and cross-functional teams, I step in as a trusted, steady presence — as a full-time hire OR as a contractor.

Core Areas of Support

  • Executive calendar, email, travel/expense, and priority management

  • Board and committee meeting coordination, preparation, talking points, run-of-show, and minutes

  • Executive communications and editing

  • Project and initiative follow-through

  • Retreats, offsites, and complex event planning/execution

  • Cross-functional coordination and internal communications

Engagements are flexible, remote-first, and tailored to your needs.

My Approach

The Problem

Most leaders don’t need more help — they need better leverage.

Calendars overflow. Email becomes unmanageable. Projects stall in the middle. Board prep eats nights and weekends. Events, retreats, and internal initiatives pull attention away from strategy and impact.

Hiring full-time feels risky. Traditional assistants require onboarding, management, and long-term commitment. Meanwhile, leadership bandwidth keeps shrinking.

That’s where I come in.

My Solution

I act as an extension of leadership, quietly organizing complexity, closing operational gaps, and ensuring follow-through so executives can stay focused on decisions that matter.

As a fractional support specialist, I am the fixer during periods of:

  • Growth or transition

  • Leadership overload or burnout

  • Increased board or stakeholder demands

  • Operational or communication breakdowns

Whether working as an FTE or as a contractor, my work blends executive support, operations, and communication with a strong emphasis on discretion, anticipation, and calm execution.

Contractor Option: Three Service Packages

Pricing starts at $95/hour for new clients with 20/hour week minimum

What Working Together Looks Like

✔ You get senior-level support without necessarily committing to a full-time hire.
✔ I integrate quickly and work independently.
✔ Communication is clear, proactive, and low maintenance.
✔ You regain time, clarity, and confidence that nothing is slipping.

I work best with leaders who value trust, precision, and thoughtful execution.

If you’re a CEO, founder, or nonprofit leader who needs experienced operational support — let’s talk.

About Me

I am passionate about helping organizations and individuals exceed their goals — especially in service of the greater good. For the past two decades, this passion was displayed in high-trust roles supporting a total of five CEOs, several non-profit boards, and scores of senior leaders. My aptitudes for logistical masterminding, clear communication, and operational excellence have accounted for much of my success, but the secret sauce I bring raises the energy of every interaction, infuses joy and encouragement into working relationships, and role-models high standards. Special areas of interest for me include arranging trips, retreats, and board convenings that are healthful, productive, FUN experiences in quiet hotels to ensure quality sleep, with access to fitness facilities and quality dining experiences. As a published writer and former college English instructor, I also have an insatiable appetite for creating content and editing. Finally, every opportunity to enhance staff engagement and foster a positive work culture calls my name.

Outside of work, I am an avid exerciser, health and wellness enthusiast, science podcast addict, published poet, operatic first soprano (who also does some mean hard rock covers), Renaissance Faire regular, explosive dancer, live music aficionado, voracious reader, and visual artist (view samples of my art and poetry HERE). One of my favorite pastimes is taking walks in the sun while catching up with old friends and family members on the phone. My letter-writing is legendary. I am also a proud plant parent.
